Inspired by my teammate Theresa Jenn, WBFF Pro Diva Fitness Model, I roasted my walnuts, almonds and shredded fresh coconut.  It brings out the flavor and texture. 
It certainly does!  I had some with my morning Hemp Protein - delish!
Directions:  at 350 degrees roast your choice of nuts on a baking pan for 5 - 10 mins.  Stir once to prevent burning.
